We’re extremely pleased to announce the graduation of Russ Mitchell, of Irving, Texas, from the LSO Unit 1 program, earning a masters certificate and the rank of Knight Mach II (the highest earnable academic rank currently).
Russ comes to us with a long, storied background in historical fencing, having written or edited a few books on Hungarian sabre fencing and other weapons. Naturally, Russ didn’t come to us for education. On the contrary, the LSO program sought him. Which is why we’re very grateful that Russ will be joining the LSO counselor staff, expanding our reach and the breadth of our educational content with his many years of knowledge and experience.
